Canvas size:700x500

Paste frame as a new layer/resize 20%.

Paste wire below frame layer/resize 25%/layers/duplicate 2 times/position behind each circle/make sure to line up the lines/dropshadow.

Paste beads 2/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Wordart

Lollipop 3/resize 40%/repeat resize

Candy 2/resize 45%

Cupcake/resize 55%

Bow 2/resize 50%

Tag/resize 50%

Heart/resize 70%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Butterfly/resikze 60%/layers/duplicate 2 times

Tube/resize 5%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
