Dropshadow of choice.

Canvas size:600x600

Paste ele 70 as a new layer/resize 30%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 8.

Paste paper 11 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste/position as follows:

Paste ele 3/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/do not deselect.

Ele 51/resize 60%

Ele 27/resize 40%

Tube/position/delete/do not deselect.

Paste ele 15/resize 70%/position/delete/deselect.

Apply dropshadow to layers.

Hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge visible/unhide layer.

Paste ele 69 below merged layers/resize 60%/layers/duplicate 3 times/position around frame/right click on top copy layer/merge/merge down to orginal layer/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 15/resize 70%

Ele 52/resize 50%

Ele 67/resize 30%

Ele 25/resize 20%

Ele 1/resize 50%

Ele 8/resize 52%

Ele 6/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Repeat with ele 5,53&65

Ele 18/resize 45%

Ele 12/resize 60%

Ele 37/resize 65%

Ele 57/resize 70%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 17%.

Save.
