~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 34
Blur 4

Canvas size:700x700

Paste frame 2 as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Open a new canvas(will be new paper layer)/flood fill color of choice,I am using #b2cef4/effects as below/canvas fine:

paste new layer below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste ele 7/resize 50%/position/delete/do not deselect.

Paste sun/resize 45%/position/delete/deselect.

Apply dropshadow to ele 7&sun layers/right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste net below merged layers/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 1 into selections/deselect/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 14/resize 65%

Tree/resize 15%

Splash/resize 15%

Sand/resize 30%/layers/duplicate 1 time/dropshadow optional

Ele 12 /resize 45%

Ele 13/resize 30%

Ele 2/resize 70%

Starfish/resize 60%

Ele 8/resize 80%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Ele 11/resize 75%

Ele 10/resize 77%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
