Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 35
Blur 6

Open a new 600x600 canvas.

Paste element 35(frame)as a new layer/resize 20%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 7 below the frame layer/resize 30%/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste element 18/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste element 7 below merged layers.

Click inside frame/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 8 below layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Click inside the hearts with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 2 below layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Right click on layer 7/merge/merge down to paper 2 layer/dropshadow.

Paste element 14 below layers/resize 15%/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Element 1/resize 22%

Element 11/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

Element 17/resize 53%

Element 3/resize 65%

Element 27/resize 80%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Element 41/resize 60%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times

Element 9/resize 55%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Repeat with element 26/do not duplicate

Element 32/resize 70%

Poser/resize 35%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
