~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal/delete wordart&credit layer/image/canvas size/change to 600x600.

Filling in the template:

Highlight white background/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 9 into selection/deselect.

Repeat on the following:

Black background/paper 6

Light grey square/paper 1

Dots/paper 9

White borders/paper 3

Dark grey rectangles/paper 5

Paper clip as is

Highlight dark grey rectangle layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste cookie as a new layer/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Repeat on dark grey rectangle 2.

Highlight background layer/paste scattered hearts 1/right click on layer/arrange/move down/resize 40%/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with scattered hearts 2.

Moving up top/paste/postion/dropshadow following:

Wire hearts 2/resize 52%

Button 1/resize 60%

Bow 6/resize 63%/edit/repeat resize

Flower 4/resize 65%/edit/repeat resize

Repeat with star 2

Butterfly 1/resize 68%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Cookie/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 25%.

Save.
