~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open a new 550x650 canvas.

Paste acrylic frame 2 as a new layer/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/resize 15%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 9 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste wordart 2 below paper layer/resize 20%/layers/duplicate/position.

Paste epoxy vine 2/resize 45%/layers/duplicate/position.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Tube/resize if needed

Epoxy vine 1/resize 52%

Diary 1/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize

Bow 3/resize 35%

Repeat with button 1

Wrapped heart 1/resize 47%

Epoxy swirl 2/resize 53%/edit/repeat resize

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.
