~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

　
Open a new 600x600 transparent canvas.

Paste frame 6/click inside both sides of frame using your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper fold worn below frame layer/resize 30%/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste 1 tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/right click on tube layer/properties/change opacity to 60.

Right click on tube layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/repeat with frame layer merging down to tube/paper layer/apply dropshadow of choice(use for entire tut)/image/free rotate to the left 15 degrees.

Paste glitter 5 below merged layers/resize 45%/position at top of frame/layers/duplicate/image/flip.

Paste doodle/resize 35%/layers/duplicate/position.

Repeat with floral/do not duplicate

Repeat with ivy/do not duplicate

Moving up top/paste/position following:

Leather string/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/image/free rotate to the left 30 degrees

Rose 2/resize 50%

Salvatore crest/resize 55%

Repeat with key

Glass/resize 60%

Bird/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate

Paste 2nd tube/position.

Apply dropshadow to all desired layers.

Image/resize all layers 14%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save.
