Mask of choice,I am using arrow mask 2 from Jenny at Creative Misfits Creations here.

Font of choice,I am using Post It PenScript here.

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 58
Blur 4

Open tube.minimize.

Open mask,minimize.

Open speedometer/hit shiftD/close the orginal/image/canvas size 600x600/apply dropshadow to speedometer layer.

Layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Paste paper 12/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group/resize 17%/position.

Paste fence/resize 25%/position.

Paste gear 2/position.

Paste road 2/image/mirror/position/dropshadow.

Paste 55 road sign/resize 50%/position on the left of the tag/image/rotate to the left 13%/dropshadow.

Paste tire iron /resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste wrench/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/dropshadow.

Image/resize all layers/10%.

Paste tube/position/dropshadow.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Save.
