Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 8
Horizonal 8
Opacity 39
Blur 4


Open mask,minimize.


Open a new 600x600 white image.


Paste paper 6 as a new layer/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group.


Paste frame 4/resize 15%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 7.


Paste paper 9 below frame layer/resize 20%/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.


Paste moon 4/resize 22%/position/delete/do not deselect.


Paste tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow to tube and moon layers.


Hide mask and white background layers/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layers.


Paste stars 4 below merged layers/dropshadow.


Paste swirl 1/move to the left using your pick tool/layers/duplicate/position copy on the right bottom of the frame/dropshadow to both layers.


Paste doodle 2/resize 10%/position/dropshadow.


Paste doodle 4/resize 13%/position/dropshadow.


Paste heart chain 1/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.


Paste bow 2/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.


Add copyrights.


Add name.


Layers/merge/merge visible.


Resize all layers 20%.


Save.

Paste element 5/resize 35%/delete/deselect/dropshadow:

Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 58
Blur 5


Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/same dropshadow.


Paste paper 1 below merged layers/right click on paper layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group/position to the top right of the tag/layers/duplicate/image/flip/image/mirror.


Paste element 19/layers/duplicate/position.


Moving up top/paste element 18/resize 35%/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 5

Opacity 61
Blur 6


Paste element 6/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position/same dropshadow.


Repeat with element 20.


Paste element 28/position/same dropshadow.

Open template/delete credit layer.


Image/canvas size/change height only to 500/keep width at 635/flood fill background white.


Highlight and click on the circle layer with your magicwand/paste paper 13 into selections(edit)/deselect/dropshadow.


Repeat with circle 2 using paper 7.


Repeat on sexy temp using paper 11.


Leaving wordart as is/apply dropshadow.


Right click on wordart/merge/merge down to first cirlce/resize 10%/position.


Paste glitter trail 5 below merged layers/position.


Paste rope tag 5/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.


Paste bow 5/resize 60%/position/dropshadow.


Repeat with butterfly 5.


Repeat with clip 5/duplicate 3 times/position.


Repeat with pearl heart 5.


Paste tube/position/dropshadow.


Add copyrights.


Add name.


Layers/merge/merge visible.


Resize all layers 15%.


Save.
