Opacity 34

Blur 3

Canvas size:700x700

Paste ele 35(frame)as a new layer/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6

Paste paper 15 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect

Paste/position following below frame layer:

Ele 30/resize 20%

Ele 40

Ele 41/resize 22%

Ele 5

Ele 57/resize 35%/deselect

Apply dropshadow to layer

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/resize 20%/dropshadow

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 65/resize 50%/duplicate 4 times

Ele 51/resize 20%(0 on vertical dropshadow)

Ele 50/resize 35%

Ele 6/resize 23%

Ele 27/resize 35%

Ele 54/resize 27%

Ele 10/resize 30%

Ele 49/resize 35%

Ele 59/resize 35%/repeat resize

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.
