Paste frame 4 as a new layer/resize 25%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper  below layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste/position/delete as follows below frame layer:

Ele 74/resize 30%/repeat resize

Ele 39/resize 35%

Ele 3/resize 55%

Apply dropshadow to all ele layers.

Hide bottom raster layer/layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layer.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Repeat with ele 79

Dropshadow of choice.

Open template/hit shiftD to duplicate/close orginal and delete credit layer.

Image/canvas size/change height to 550

First we are going to fill in the template as follows:

Click on the pink of the large rectangle with your magicwand/paste paper 12 into selection(edit)/deselect.

Click inside large rectangle with your magicwand/paste paper 5 as a new layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste cloud as a new layer/resize 30%/position/delete/do not deselect.

Repeat with rainbow.

Paste raindrops below cloud layer/position/delete/deselect.

Apply dropshadow to last 3 layers.

Highlight large heart layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 4 into selection/deselect/dropsahdow.

Repeat on small hearts using papers 2,7 and 10/dropshadow.

Highlight large rectangle layer/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/move down.

Paste/position/dropshadow following:

Stitched circle/resize 35%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Hearts and circles/resize 40%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 3 times

Bone border/resize 50%

Lace/resize 70%

Star/resize 80%

Cupcake/resize 65%/repeat resize
