Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 7
Horizonal 7
Opacity 56
Blur 8

Open template/hit shiftD/close the orginal and delete copyright info from template.

Highlight large black square/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 15 as a new layer/resize 20%/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Highlight large white square/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 11 as a new layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Paste flower4/position/dropshadow.

Highlight scalloped circle/selections/select all/float/defloat.

Paste paper 5 into selection(edit)/deselect.

Highlight white circle/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste goth doll1/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Repeat with tilted square and small white square2 using goth doll 1/line the doll up in each square/dropshaow.

Repeat again with small white square and small gray square.

Highlight small titled gray square/flood fill black.

Repeat with small white square.

Highlight black ric rac layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper1 into selection(edit)/dropshadow.

Hide large black layer&paper layer /layers/merge/merge visible/dropshadow/unhide layers/delete lrg black square/layers/new raster layer/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Paste bow4/resize 20%/position/dropshadow.

Paste butterfly2/resize 25%/position/dropshadow.

Paste pin2/resize 25%/edit/repeat resize/position on the end of the ric rac/erase part of the pin to make it look like its going thru the ric rac/dropshadow.

Paste charm1/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Paste goth doll2/position/dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 5%.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.

Open mask,minimize.

Open a new 600x600 white image.

Paste paper2/right click/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group/layers/duplicate/image/mirror.

Paste the frame/resize 40%/position.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 7/paste paper3 under frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste branch/resize 40%/layers/duplicate/position both/delete/dropshadow:

Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 58
Blur 6

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow:

Vertical 6
Horizonal 6
Opacity 62
Blur 11

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/position/same dropshadow.

Paste birdhouse/resize 50%/position/same dropshadow.

Paste pine cone wreath/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/position/same dropshadow/layers/duplicate/resize copy 10%/position below frame/effects/Meisters Copies/Encircle:

Paste brad/resize 50%/position/dropshadow.

Image/resize all layers 12%.

Open your template/hit shiftD/close the orginal/delete the copyright from the template you are using.

Highlight the circle layer/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper13 as a new layer/resize 20%/edit/repeat resize/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

　
Paste first tube of choice/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Paste circle frame2/resize 30%/using your pick tool/adjust the top of the frame so its not going off the canvas.

Highlight white dot cirlce/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper13 into selection(edit).

Right click on white dot layer again/merge/merge down to circle layer/dropshadow.

Highlight the square layer/magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 3/paste paper2 as a new layer/resize 30%/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

　
Paste 2nd tube of choice/resize if needed/delete/deselect/dropshadow.

Repeat with tilted square using paper10 and 3rd tube of choice.

Highlight frames/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper3 into selection(edit)/deselect.

Highlight staples layer/right click/merge/merge down to the 1st square/position/dropshadow.

Layers/new raster layer/right click/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.

Paste glitter splat below frames/resize 20%/layers/duplicate/image/mirror.

Paste curl4/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 2 times/position each curl.

Moving up top/paste bow3/resize 50%/layers/duplicate/position both bows/dropshadow.

Paste flower1/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 3 times/position each flower/dropshadow.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Save.

For my name,I used paper14 for fill/white on the foreground.
