Dropshadow of choice.

Canvas size:600x600

Paste frame as new layer/resize 17%.

Click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.

Paste paper 3 below frame layer/resize 25%/edit/repeat resize/position/selections/invert/delete/deselect.

Merge frame&paper layer/dropshadow.

Paste paper 5 below merged layers/resize 30%/edit/repeat resize/effects/texture effects/blinds/select top glow/color white/width 9/opacity 80/horizonal checked/ok/dropshadow.

Paste paper 2/apply mask.

Paste flowers/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow.

Paste/position/dropshadow:

Grass/resize 60%

Flower/resize 70%

Repeat with butterfly&bee

Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 20%.

Save.

Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 52
Blur 2

Open template/hit shift D to duplicate/close orginal/delete credit layer.

Layers/new raster layer/right click on layer/arrange/send to bottom/image/canvas size:change to 700x700.

Highlight left pink square/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 9 into selection/deselect.

Repeat on following:

Right pink square:paper 9

Black square:torn paper 4

White stars:paper 12

Gray stars:paper 4

Pink stars:paper 10

Gray lines:I left as is

White square:paper 13

Apply dropshadow to all layers.

Resize all layers 29%.

Paste red,white&blue roses below layers/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 2 times/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Torch/resize 50%

Picnic table

Grill/resize 50%

BBQ sauce/85%

Repeat with beer

Repeat with mustard

Full cooler/resize 80%

Spatula/resize 70%

Fastner 4/resize 60%

Bow 3/resize 75%

Butterfly kite/resize 40%

Tube/resize as needed
