**This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of PSP**
Dropshadow of choice.
Canvas size:600x600
Paste frame 3 as a new layer/resize 30%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 6.
Paste paper 1 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect.
Paste/position/dropshadow following:
Frame 2/resize 28%
Doodle 2/resize 50%/layers/duplicate 1 time
Doodle 3/resize 45%/layers/duplicate 1 time
Flowers 4/resize 35%/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time
Rain from tube layer/resize 63%
Heart pendant 1/resize 70%
Tube/resize 60%
Umbrella from tube layer/resize 60%
Ladybug 2/resize 57%/repeat resize
Butterfly 2/resize 48%/repeat resize
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 20%.
Save.

thank you for this, tutorial i had fun making it, but the umbrella was not in the kit? and the rain ?
but i enjoyed it, i am just learning psp, but am following challenges in a lovely group im in , this was one of them, i look forward in trying more tutorials
The umbrella/rain were with the tube,which was a freebie from pfd,sorry it is not available to buy. glad you enjoyed the tut and hope you enjoy others also.
